Repurposed Leather

All leather is repurposed and personally sourced by me.

As each piece is created using upcycled materials, because of this slight variations may occur.

I always select from the available materials I have, choosing what best suits each design. I carefully choose pieces that not only look great but are also durable and made to last.

I always do my best to make every bag and clothing item as consistent as possible with the photos on the website.

Production Time

All products are handmade and made to order. No items are kept in stock. Please allow up to 4 weeks for production from the date your order is placed and payment has been received.

Warranty

All bags come with a 1.5-year warranty. In the event of damage under normal and intended use, I offer free repairs. Return shipping costs are covered by the customer.

Personalised and Custom Orders

What is custom order exactly?

If you are happy with the designs shown on my website, great!

However, if you would like any changes to these designs — such as different details, proportions, additional features, special requests, or anything outside what is shown on the website — this will be considered a custom order, and custom orders will be priced accordingly.

To avoid any misunderstanding, custom orders are priced higher than the original designs shown on the website, as they require additional design work, adjustments, and production time.

Right of Withdrawal (Important Legal Notice)

For custom-made and personalized items, the right of withdrawal may be excluded in accordance with EU consumer law (Directive 2011/83/EU, Article 16(c)).

This applies to products that are:

  • made according to the customer’s specifications, and/or

  • clearly personalized for the customer

Once production has started, cancellation or withdrawal is no longer possible.

Order Changes & Cancellation

Changes or cancellations are only possible before production has begun.

If you wish to modify or cancel your order, please contact me as soon as possible after placing your order.

Once production has started, the order cannot be changed or cancelled.

Customer Responsibility

For personalized orders, the customer is responsible for providing accurate information (such as size, measurements, or design specifications).

We cannot accept responsibility for errors caused by incorrect information provided by the customer.
