Withdrawal Policy

1. Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day:

  • you (or a third party indicated by you) receive the goods.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from this contract by a clear statement (e.g. by email).

3. Consequences of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including delivery costs (except additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day we receive your withdrawal request.

We will carry out the reimbursement using the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise.

4. Return of Goods

You must return or hand over the goods to us without undue delay and in any event no later than 14 days from the day you informed us of your withdrawal from this contract.

The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the 14-day period has expired.

5. Return Costs

You will bear the direct cost of returning the goods.

This means that all postage and shipping costs associated with returning the product to us are the responsibility of the customer.

6. Condition of Returned Items

You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.

7. Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

  • goods made to the consumer’s specifications or clearly personalized items

  • handmade custom-made orders created specifically for the customer

  • goods that are not suitable for return for hygiene reasons (if applicable)
