These Terms and Conditions apply to all orders placed through this website.

By placing an order, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.

2. Contract Formation

The presentation of products in the online shop does not constitute a legally binding offer, but rather an invitation to place an order.

By clicking the order button, you submit a binding offer to purchase the selected products.

The contract is concluded when we confirm your order via email or ship the goods.

3. Prices and Payment

All prices are final prices.

As a small business according to §19 UStG (Germany), no VAT is charged and not shown.

Available payment methods may include:

  • PayPal

  • Credit or debit card

  • Squarespace Payments

  • Klarna or other payment methods offered by Squarespace

  • Any additional payment methods that may be added in the future

Payment is due immediately at the time of order.

4. Made to Order Production

All products are handmade and made to order.

We do not keep stock.

Production begins after the order has been placed and confirmed.

Production time is approximately 2–4 weeks, depending on the product and order volume.

Slight variations may occur due to the handmade and upcycled nature of each item. However, each piece is carefully crafted to closely match the original design as much as possible.

5. Shipping and Delivery

Orders are shipped after production is completed.

Delivery times may vary depending on destination and shipping method.

We ship within Germany, the EU, and internationally where possible.

Any delivery times provided are estimates and not guaranteed.

6. Right of Withdrawal

Information regarding the right of withdrawal is provided in our separate Withdrawal Policy.

Depending on the product type, the right of withdrawal may be excluded for custom-made or personalized items.

7. Returns and Refunds

Return conditions are explained in our Withdrawal Policy.

Unless otherwise stated, return shipping costs are borne by the customer.

Refunds will be issued using the original payment method unless otherwise agreed.

8. Custom and Personalized Orders

Custom or personalized products are made specifically according to customer specifications.

Once production has started, changes or cancellations are no longer possible.

Depending on the level of customization, the statutory right of withdrawal may not apply.

9. Liability

We are not liable for damages caused by improper use of the products.

We are only liable for intentional or grossly negligent breaches of duty.

10. Retention of Title

The goods remain our property until full payment has been received.

11. Data Protection

Information on the processing of personal data is provided in our Privacy Policy.

12. Applicable Law

German law applies to all contracts, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG).

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time.
